Strict zoning, tree-canopy protections, and a long-standing community commitment to preservation have kept the village's stock of significant Tudor Revivals, Georgians, Colonial Revivals, and lakefront estates largely intact since they were built in the early 20th century. We work carefully around original millwork, match wood species and finish to existing cabinetry, and use joinery and hardware appropriate to the home's era.
