Lincolnwood is a small, tightly held Cook County village with a housing stock that's defined by its 1950s and 1960s brick ranches and bilevels solid post-WWII construction on consistent streets between Devon, Pratt, and McCormick. Newer custom homes have been built on the village's most desirable lots over the last twenty years, but the village's overall character remains rooted in mid-century residential architecture.

We've installed across the village extensively. The standard Lincolnwood kitchen retrofit is six to ten cabinets converted in a single day, with rollout drawers replacing the deep fixed shelves that were original to the homes.
