Geneva is the most architecturally preserved of the three Fox Valley river towns. The historic downtown along Third Street and the residential blocks immediately around it contain some of the most carefully maintained Victorian, Queen Anne, Foursquare, and Craftsman homes in Kane County. Many of these homes have original kitchens with original woodwork that owners have preserved through generations.

Rollouts are the ideal Geneva retrofit because the upgrade is internal. We work carefully around original millwork, match wood species and finish to existing cabinetry, and use joinery and hardware appropriate to the home's era. The new rollouts work like modern drawers but look like part of the original cabinetry.
