Batavia sits along the Fox River south of St. Charles, with a similarly historic downtown core and a housing stock that reflects the same waves of development late-19th-century Victorian and Foursquare homes near the river, mid-century neighborhoods that filled in postwar, and newer subdivisions across the western parts of the city. Each era's cabinetry presents its own retrofit case.

We've installed in original Victorian kitchens that homeowners wanted to keep period-appropriate, in 1960s ranches that needed straightforward storage retrieval, and in newer 2000s and 2010s customs that needed full-extension Blum® hardware. The build standard doesn't change.
