Mount Prospect is one of the most consistent post-WWII suburbs in the northwest Cook County corridor. The bulk of the village's housing stock is 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s single-family construction ranches, split-levels, bilevels, and tri-levels organized into solid residential neighborhoods between Rand Road, Northwest Highway, and Algonquin Road. The cabinets are practical, sturdy, and original to most of these homes.

Rollouts are the perfect retrofit. We don't touch the cabinet exteriors. We don't touch the doors. We just put proper hardwood drawers behind the doors, and the storage problem disappears. We've worked across the village, from the streets near Randhurst to the older neighborhoods south of Central.
