Frankfort sits at the edge of the Chicago metro, where the suburbs start to give way to open country. The village mixes a charming historic downtown along the Old Plank Road Trail with newer subdivisions of larger custom and semi-custom homes many with the kind of expansive kitchens that come with two-acre lots. Both kinds of homes benefit from rollouts, but for different reasons.

In the older homes near downtown, we retrofit storage that hasn't kept up with how families actually use kitchens. In the larger custom homes in the surrounding subdivisions, we add the kind of organized, full-extension storage that turns a beautiful kitchen into a functional one. We're far enough out that not every Chicago cabinet shop will make the trip but Frankfort is well within our service area, and we install here regularly.
