Skokie's housing stock is dominated by post-WWII single-family homes 1950s and 1960s ranches, split-levels, and tri-levels, plus the brick bungalows along Lincoln, Dempster, and Oakton. These were built with practical, modest cabinets that have served families for sixty years and counting. Most of them have plenty of cabinet space — but very little of it is actually usable, because everything past the front rows disappears into the back.

That's the perfect rollout retrofit. We add full-extension hardwood drawers behind the existing doors, and suddenly the kitchen has twice the usable storage. We've installed across Skokie's east side, in the streets near Old Orchard, and in the bungalow neighborhoods south of Dempster.
