Homer Glen is a relatively young village incorporated in 2001 and its housing stock reflects that. Most homes are 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s construction on larger lots, often with the kind of expansive kitchens that come with two-acre lots and the planned-community feel that has defined the village's growth. The cabinets here are typically semi-custom with builder-grade interiors that can be significantly upgraded with rollouts.

We do a lot of full-kitchen conversions in Homer Glen. The wide drawer banks and deep cabinet runs in these newer homes were never properly outfitted at original construction the boxes are oversized but the interiors are essentially empty. Rollouts make them function the way the homeowners assumed they would.
